The late Bob O’Sullivan (63) was well known as a member of staff at McElligott’s for years and more recently at Tomo Burke Electrical.
Originally from Laccabawn, Bob’s pursuits were almost all outdoors. Hunting, fishing and shooting, horses and dogs were his hobbies. Cards and the couple of pints with friends were also high on that list. ‘Living life to the full’ was a term made for him.
He was part of the Island Syndicate which knocked great fun and pleasure out of the wonderful little pony ‘Patch’ in more recent years and they travelled high and low to race meetings with him.
May God be good to him
