The death has occurred of Sheila Twomey (nee Farnan) St. Ciaran’s, Tonbwee, Castleisland, Co Kerry and formerly of Kieran, Carnaross, Kells, Co. Meath.
September 25th 2016. Peacefully, in her 95th year, at home in the loving care of her family.
Widow of the late D.D. Twomey, solicitor, and much loved Mam of Mary, Liz (Leonard), Laurence and Anne Marie (London).
Sadly missed by her loving family: son-in-law Terry Leonard, her treasured granddaughters, Jane and Lisa, nephews, nieces, all extended family, relatives, neighbours and many friends. R.I.P.
Reposing at Tangney’s Funeral Home, Castleisland on Monday evening from 6pm to 8pm. Funeral arriving to Castleisland Parish Church on Tuesday morning at 10.30am for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Kilbanivane Cemetery, Castleisland. No flowers please. Donations in lieu to the Kerry Parents and Friends Association c/o Tangney’s Funeral Home.
