Desmonds senior men’s team had an impressive victory against Beale on Saturday evening in Castleisland on the score of 5-10 to 1-11 in the first round of the North Kerry Football Championship.
It was a great team display and played in ideal conditions. Desmonds now advance to the next round in a few week’s time. Opponents, date and venue have yet to be confirmed.
Desmonds Club Lotto
The club lotto was held in the Crown on Saturday night last. The numbers drawn were: 7,9,26,30. There was no winner of the €2,000 jackpot.
Lucky dip winners were: €30 Sinead Murphy, €20 winners Shane O’Leary, Kingdom Fast Hire; Timmy Noonan Moyvane; Freya Rasell, Ballymacelligott and Gary Murphy, Milltown.
The next draw takes place on October 22nd and the venue is to be confirmed.
