Second Honeymoon on Tour
Due to public demand, we are going on the road and taking Second Honeymoon to pastures new – Molly’s (our celebrity canine!) local stage in the Rock. Tickets are now on sale for our final show in Rockchapel Community Centre on Saturday, 21st April.

Large Attendance for Glórach Greenways Presentation
On Friday last there was a large attendance at the Glórach Theatre, Abbeyfeale for the presentation by Greenways expert John Grimshaw from Bristol.
Thirty years ago he carried out the initial study recommending the conversion into a Greenway of the former railway from Ballingrane near Rathkeale to Tralee.
This was his first time cycling the Great Southern Trail and he was accompanied by three fellow experts on their tour of several Irish Greenways.
His illustrated talk in Abbeyfeale which was organised by the Great Southern Trail Ltd. attracted an audience from near and far.

Tidy Towns Meeting
Abbeyfeale Tidy Towns will hold a meeting at Leen’s Hotel on Thursday, April 19th. at 7pm.
We are looking for volunteers to give a little of their time to help us this summer, either on the ground or behind the scenes. So if you have a little time to spare please come to the meeting as all help would be greatly appreciated.

Bingo In Tour
Tournafulla Development Association is holding a fund-raising Bingo on Sunday, April 15 at 3 pm sharp. € 2,100 in prize money. Your support would be greatly appreciated.
Grand Variety Concert
West Limerick 102fm is hosting a fundraising concert at the Longcourt Hotel, NCW on Wednesday, April 18 beginning at 8pm. It will feature Peter Burke, P.J. Murrihy, Elle Marie O’Dwyer, Emily Clarke, Willie Relihan, Cllr. Micheal Collins and the wonderful Donal Ring Ceili Band. Grand Celebrity Concert
This year’s Fleadh by the Feale takes place from Thursday, May 3rd to Monday, May 7th
The grand celebrity concert will take place in Coláiste Íde agus Iosef on Sunday, May 6th and features the Shandrum Céilí Band with support from the Coláiste Íde agus Iosef Band.

Toddler Bonanza In Abbeyfeale Library
Limerick Children and Young Peoples Services Committee (CYPSC) in collaboration with West Limerick Resources will host a Happy Healthy Baby/Toddler Bonanza in Abbeyfeale Library on April 17th from 11am to 1pm.
