Castleisland Desmonds senior team will play Glenbeigh/Glencar in Round 3 of the county league on Saturday evening at 7pm in Castleisland.
By: Gerdie Murphy and Dessie Desmond
This will be another daunting challenge as the opposition has enjoyed a relatively good season to date.
They have three points from their first two county league games and lost to both Spa and the eventual winners, Templenoe, by a just a single point in the Intermediate championship.
Nevertheless, given the commitment and the quality of the performance against Brosna, Desmonds are capable of winning this game.
It was great to see the same level of support for the team which turned out in Cordal so lets keep it going.
Best Wishes to Luka
Our best wishes to Luka Brosnan who sustained an injury during the game against Brosna in Cordal on Sunday.
