The Scartaglin based Sliabh Luachra Drama Group has just had a great weekend with their staging of ‘It’s the Real McCoy by Tommy Marren.
They sold out the Saturday and Sunday night shows and are sold out again this coming Friday and Saturday nights.
“We have only a few tickets left for the coming Sunday night so we have decided to add two more shows on Friday and Sunday, February 14th. and 16th.,” said spokesperson Moira Hughes.

The cast is as follows: Madge Molloy, Moira Hughes; Maura Molloy, Mary Fleming; Martin Daly, Danny O’Leary; Nora O’Hora, Lorraine Salmon; Cora O’Hora, Ciara Kerin; Fr. Michael McCoy, John Walsh; Tom Molloy, Tim Dineen. The producer of the play is Geraldine Pigott and Michelle Daly, backstage.
