Rallying Call to Supporters for Castleisland Desmonds Ladies for Sunday’s Big Game

As county champions, Castleisland Desmonds Senior Ladies Gaelic Football team will host Waterford champs, Kilrossanty Brickeys Ladies Football Club for their first round of the Munster LGFA Intermediate 2020 Championship.

The game will be played at Desmonds headquarters in Moanmore, Castleisland on this Sunday, November 21st. Throw in is set for 1pm. And, in the case of a draw, extra time will be played.

Looking Forward to Sunday

“The Desmonds ladies last played a competitive game on October 10th on winning the Kerry Intermediate title in defeating Corca Dhuibhne in Fitzgerald Stadium so we are really looking forward to this game at this moment in time,” said team PRO, Gerard ‘Gerdie’ Murphy.

“We are asking people and businesses if they have any white and blue flags to fly them and show the club colours in support of the team.
