Last week’s Castleisland RFC Split the Bucket winner, Connie Reynolds collected his winnings of €705 from fellow club men Joe Sheehy and Kevin Lenihan and draw host Moira Hughes at Hughes’ Bar in Cordal.
The winners of the draw’s fifth birthday prizes were: Riley Muscat for a massive €1,160 as the buckets collection exceeded the €1,000 thanks to the massive support from the club’s supporters. Prize number two Ian Flynn won a 50 inch TV; third prize: Tom Hughes won two nights stay in Skellig Hotel; Sheila Scanlon won a €100 voucher from Castlemeats; Conor and Dylan O’Sullivan and Marie Scollard won €100 vouchers for Kerry Group Store in Castleisland; A hamper which was sponsored by Hughes’ Bar went to Sean Fealey.
Next weekend’s draw will be held in Nana Beas on Saturday night for a guaranteed €1,000 prize as a means of to saying a big thank you to all club supporters and retailers.
How to Play Split the Bucket
Split the Bucket draw envelopes are available in shops and pubs throughout this and neighbouring parishes.
You simply put your €2 in the envelope, seal it and sign it and add your telephone number and pop it in the bucket or the club coloured, red and blue stands.
