Riverwalk: Barrack Street to Killarney Road to Close from Tomorrow for Works Completion

Kerry County Council wishes to advise you that works to upgrade and enhance the section of the Castleisland Town Riverwalk between the Killarney Road and Barrack Street will recommence at 8am tomorrow morning, Wednesday, May 22nd 2024.

In order to facilitate these works, a full closure of the Riverwalk between Killarney Road (L-2040) and Barrack Street (L-2035) will be in operation from 8am on Wednesday morning, May 22nd 2024 to 7pm on Tuesday, June 11th 2024.

Kerry County Council is upgrading the Riverwalk in Castleisland and your patience and co-operation will be appreciated.

The closure is required to facilitate the completion of works along this section of the Riverwalk, including the provision of a tree sculptor.
