Improving Wellness through the Ancient Wisdom of Silence with Agnes Boes

Follow the path between the building and the boundary wall and the signposts fo the squash court to find Agnes Boes’ classes from Thursday, October 17th from 10am to 11:30am

For centuries, silence has been a central and important element in stoic philosophy.  The ancient Greek philosophers promoted silence as a quiet gateway to inner peace and tranquility.

Their teachings on the matter led to the quieting of the minds of their followers and thus allowed them to concentrate their thoughts and intentions on achieving greater self-awareness and emotional stability.

Now, you don’t or won’t have to travel to Greece and trace the paths and the writings of the ancient philosophers to find inner peace and tranquility as Agnes Boes is bringing the gifts of a more creative and joyful life with a series of Thursday morning / afternoon and some evening classes at Castleisland Community Centre beginning on Thursday, October 17th from 10am to 11:30am.
