In spite of the fact that today’s heavy snow fall here is impacting school schedules and medical appointments, there was a welcome for the strangeness of the day which it brought.
The yeast of strangeness was how Con Houlihan described the ingredients of such occasions and how could you dispute it.

HSE Appointments Cancelled
Having said that, the HSE South West is advising of cancellations of all non-urgent outpatient appointments and other clinical appointments in Kerry HSE services for the next three days.
This means that on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, all outpatient appointments at University Hospital Kerry will not go ahead. HSE staff will contact patients with urgent appointments such as dialysis and chemotherapy to make arrangements.
Updates will be issued tomorrow.
