Support your GAA Club in National Draw
Castleisland Desmonds GAA Club members will be asking the public to support the GAA National Club Draw.
Tickets are on sale at €10 each and all money raised by the senior men’s, ladies and Bord na nÓg stays within the club.
There are some great prizes on offer with an Opel Corsa on top of the list.
Shoemaker’s Lotto Draw Winners
The club’s Lotto draw was held in the Shoemaker’s Bar on Saturday night.
The numbers drawn were: 1, 19, 20, 23. There was no winner of the jackpot of €2,500
Lucky dip winners: €30 to Eamon Burke, Castleisland and €20 each to: Bridget Horan, Tullig; Martin Downey, Castleisland; Shellagh Moloney, Castleisland and Kate O’Leary, Crossbarry.
The final draw of 2016 takes place on Saturday, December 17th in Tom McCarthy’s Bar with a jackpot of €2,500.
Senior Men’s Club AGM
The Senior men’s club AGM will be held on Sunday January 8th 2017 in the River Island Hotel at 7 pm.
It would be greatly appreciated if we could see a large crowd there to show support for the club.
