Kate Remembered in Castleisland
The Late Kate Cremins-McGowan is remembered by friends in Castleisland as one of the most pleasant and efficient bar tenders from her days behind the counter of The Shoemaker’s Inn in its early years from 1983 onwards.
Pats and Linda Broderick recalled their years working together through the music and art filled days of that time.
“Kate was the most pleasant person to work with, she was great with the customers, she could keep a conversation and the craic going from one end of the counter to the other and still keep them all happy. We’re very sad to hear of her death this morning and we send our condolences to her family in Donegal and her relatives in Castleisland,” said Pats.
