Catherine Guest from Tipperary was the winner of the Castleisland Rugby Club Split the Bucket Draw at Hughes Bar in Cordal on Saturday night.
She popped her €2 coin in an envelope and into the bucket at the Centra supermarket during a visit to Castleisland last week.
The draw was well supported and Ms. Guest’s half of the bucket came to €1,035.
Last week’s winner Mandy Keane, Castleisland, an online player, is also now a two-time winner. She previously won €880 at the end of September 2020 and on this occasion her share was €903. Mandy wasn’t available for the usual presentation photograph on Saturday night but her cheque is in her hands.
The coming Saturday’s, bank holiday weekend draw is on in Kearney’s Bar with a guaranteed €1,000 for some lucky punter.
How to Play Split the Bucket
Split the Bucket draw envelopes are available in shops and pubs throughout this and neighbouring parishes.
You simply put your €2 in the envelope, seal it and sign it and add your telephone number and pop it in the bucket or the club coloured, red and blue stands.
