Irish language activists and enthusiasts in the Oileán Chiarraí area, Dánscoil Shliabh Luachra are behind a comortas fiséan / a video competition with a prize of €100 and a dara duais of €50.

Ábhar an fiseán ná ‘Oíche Shamhna’ agus is tábhachtach go ndéantar é go léir as Gaeilge.

The topic of the video is Oíche Shamhna / Halloween and it’s important that it’s done entirely As Gaeilge / in Irish.

Pop-Up Gaeltacht

The winning prize is €100 and a runner-up will get €50. The prizes will be announced at the Pop-Up Gaeltacht on the Saturday, October 28th of the Patrick O’Keeffe Traditional Music Festival at the River Island Hotel in Castleisland 2pm.
